30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not happy with your SHREDSET headphones, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

 

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
